As your local State Farm Agent, I am a proud Central-Kentucky native, born and raised in Mt. Washington, KY, and later graduating from Western Kentucky University in 2009 with degrees in Secondary Education and English (Writing). I took a position at my alma mater, BEHS. Teaching there for over 5 years and leading Bullitt East to become a ranked top-10 school in the state of Kentucky at the time, I determined that educating was a beloved career. I left teaching in 2015 and was introduced to the insurance field by life-insurance advising, which involved extensive travelling throughout the Midwest. During that time I developed incomparable knowledge of competitor products and experience with in-home, personal visits with Seniors who were searching for top-notch protection and guidance from a representative in the field. After 2 years, I strove to find a more community-focused career to teach and protect those people and their assets so that they may prepare for the unexpected. State Farm was the only reliable and financially-stable company to help me reach those families to demonstrate how to prepare for the unexpected, mitigate their risks, and ultimately, realize their dreams.

As a valued and praised State Farm Agent, I’m proud to have served Spencer County and Taylorsville for five years--celebrating 5 years in February 2026— continuing my mission to be the go-to resource for personal business insurances as well as financial services in our community. Recently, my Agency further invested into our Historic Community & Main Street, by purchasing and restoring the Lee-Miller house, a pre-Civil War era home, which formerly housed the Spencer Magnet Newspaper. Alongside my wife and our friendly office dogs, Layla and Lucas, we’re deeply rooted here and passionate about protecting what matters most to our neighbors.
